Immediately after closing the stores in the second lockdown, Wolfpack helped OPEN32 to respond more quickly to the new measures. Online orders can now be delivered personally by an OPEN32 employee or can be picked up from the warehouse itself.
These two new personal delivery methods were rolled out quickly due to the Wolfpack's Omnichannel Retail Platform (ORP) software. The flexible ORP platform has provided the omnichannel middle layer for OPEN32 which is between the ERP, webshop and cash registers in the stores.
