Wolfpack helps Xenos with the delivery of products from their own stores.

Wolfpack's Omni-channel Retail Platform (ORP) went live at Xenos in September 2020.  

On Monday 14th of December 2020, the government unexpectedly decided to close all non-essential stores. At a time of high volumes in the Xenos stores, with Christmas items and gifts. Also at a time when carriers such as PostNL were already operating far beyond their capacity. 

Xenos immediately decided to package goods from its own stores and deliver them to the customer's front doors. They delivered the goods with their own staff. 

 

The Wolfpack team has made this possible thanks to the Ship-from-Store functionality of ORP. This functionality matches online order with home address and available stock per store.  

With pick lists and shipping labels, store associates can pick up and package the items from the store. In addition, employees can report the pick status back to the back office for proper administrative processing.  

 

Partly thanks to ORP's flexible infrastructure, it was possible to have an application operational and the first packages shipped from Xenos stores within 1 week.
