We have realized a completely new digital commerce environment for our customer stichd. The first webshop that we launched was Fuel for Fans, a multi-brand shop for Formula 1 ™ merchandising. In addition, we have launched the shops for McLaren, Haas F1 Team and Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One Team. With a hard deadline, namely the start of the new Formula 1 ™ season, there was an immediate challenge for Wolfpack and the stichd team. In addition, stichd's ambitions made it necessary to have a flexible and scalable digital commerce environment, so that the growing omni-channel needs and requirements can be increasingly met.
why we love this project
The platform is built on Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and also includes our Omnichannel Retail Platform, including Order Management, Product Information Management and Channel Management. This means that all inventory and catalog management is centrally arranged within the Salesforce platform for all brands for which Formula 1 ™ merchandising is firmly established. In addition, the new content management functionality of Salesforce: Page Designer was also chosen. This allows Stichd to create content pages with a “drag & drop” functionality.
