Project: In-store sales assistant
Our client Tumble ‘N Dry now operates 9 own brand stores, and continues to grow rapidly in their own webstore and other online platforms. Tumble consumers are often very omni-channel in their behaviour, favouring the webstore for their shopping, yet also brand stores for inspiration and outlets for the best buy.
For the Tumble stores wolfpack DCS has implemented the instore retail app. Sales employees in store use this solution to sell products from the central DC stock, or other stores. These “web-products” can be sold in one order with “in-store items” in one simple pin transaction. In store staff also has all customers data at their fingertips on the tablet, making the shopping experience more personal and increasing conversion as a result.
