The OMS part of ORP is a true omni-channel Order Management System. It is built on the Enterprise Service Bus which handles the connectivity of all channels and the relevant back-end systems such as ERP and WMS. Orders come into the OMS from all sales channels, which include the own webshop, the own physical stores, market places such as Amazon or Bol.com, any outlets or other sales channel. The OMS pushes the order to the right channel for fulfillment, such as the central DC, an outsourced DC or a physical store. The OMS will then track all order changes and order information, including PSP references and track and trace codes. Returns and refunds are facilitates by the OMS with minimal effort for your admin team.
